About Cute Dresses

Yes! We're new on the scene but the Cute Dresses team has been working in the fashion industry for many years. We came together to build a brand we believe in. We're so grateful for our early-adopter customers who believe in us from day one. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about placing an order.

We're so glad you asked! Ethical production is important to us. Through thoughtful curation, earth-minded initiatives, and charitable programs, we're constantly evolving our sustainability strategy. We're a US-based company with a dynamic remote team in multiple cities. Our dresses are designed in and shipped from the US, and constructed under certified fairtrade working conditions in Bali, Indonesia.

You can submit a review directly at on the product page of the item you purchased, found in your account's purchase history. You can also share your look on Instagram or TikTok. Be sure to tag @WearCuteDresses and #WearCuteDresses so we see your post. We love seeing how you style Cute Dresses!

Yes! Visit the e-gift card page to select your favorite design and desired amount. E-gift cards are delivered via email with easy instructions to redeem at checkout. There are no additional processing fees, but please note that our e-gift cards can only be used on U.S. domestic orders and are final sale.


We ship to all countries with the exception of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Nigeria.

Note that the customer is responsible for any country-specific import taxes and duties charged by local governments.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout, but it can be impacted by other delays. UPS Economy typically takes 3-8 business days. UPS Ground typically takes 2-5 business days. If additional processing time is needed, our Cute Dresses Customer Care team will reach out and let you know.

Shipping estimates do not include a standard 1-2 business day processing time, weekends or holidays. Plan accordingly.

You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Updated tracking information will be available within 24 business hours of shipment.

We offer FREE shipping within the US with the exception of some regions of Alaska and Hawaii. Your shipping options will populate automatically at checkout when you enter your address.

International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Note that the customer is responsible for any country-specific import taxes and duties charged by local governments.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

Cute Dresses is not responsible for...

  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages once dispatched
  • Order delays, lost/stolen/missing packages (or other issues) due to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer

However, we understand how frustrating that scenario can be. Here are some steps you can try:

First, try locating your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If it's marked "Delivered" but hasn't appeared, check your property or with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address.

Wait 48 hours to see if the package arrives. Sometimes mail carriers mark items delivered a day or two early. You may also contact your post office to inquire about the package (have the tracking number ready).

After 48 hours, please contact your carrier to file a claim. You may then contact us with your claim number and we'll work together on a solution.

If your package can't be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you'll be responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your refund.

In some cases, your package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued for the refused package.

If your package has been returned because it was refused or undeliverable, please contact us ASAP so we can help.

Accounts & Orders

"Your available payment methods can be viewed at checkout. We currently offer Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club International.

We know what it's like when you *need* a dress right now (but want a little more time to pay). We're excited to partner with Klarna and Shop Pay to make your shopping experience even better. Applicable options will populate at checkout. Just choose the one that's best for you. Learn more.

All of our prices are in USD. Double-check your local currency's exchange rate and be aware that the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank due to exchange rate differences.

Also note that refunds will be issued in USD and converted to your country’s currency when processed through your bank.

Orders are processed for shipment quickly upon receipt, so we can't always modify or cancel them. If you need to change your shipping address or have another issue, contact us. We'll see what we can do.

Check your spam folder and any filters you may have set up in your inbox. If you still can't find it, contact us.

Returns & Payments

Visit Returns to view our full return policy and initiate your return.

You can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. We reserve the right to deny your return if you send it after this timeframe.

U.S. returns for refund are subject to a $7.99 return shipping fee and a $1.49 restocking fee per item, deducted from the refund amount. Outbound shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Eligible U.S. returns can be refunded for store credit, in which case the return shipping fee will be waived (yay!). Some more good news: Your Cute Dresses store credit never expires.

Store credit is allocated to your Cute Dresses account. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you'll be refunded directly back to the gift card.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not otherwise meet this criteria. Sale items, anything marked "Final Sale", and gift cards cannot be returned.

We may limit service to customers that show excessive return activity—so use it, don't abuse it. ;)

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if the return has been accepted or declined. This takes 7-10 business days from the date your return is delivered back to us.

Accepted returns are refunded to the original method of payment. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on the processing time of your bank.

Returns exchanged for store credit will be allocated to your account and can be applied to future orders.

Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

Garment Care

Store dresses in a cool, dry place year-round. Hanging in a non-crowded closet can help reduce wrinkles and encourage airflow. If you use a garment bag, ensure it's made with a breathable material.

Before you store, be sure to launder! Ready to wash? Follow our care instructions to ensure your dress looks its best for the long-haul.

Spot treat any spills immediately using a damp cloth and cold water. Continue reading for fiber-specific instructions.
